Sue Waters moved to Ballston Spa in the spring of 2001 with her husband Steve, and their first born Ethan. Two more boys, Justin and Dylan followed to make their family complete. Sue is an RN, and currently the Director of Health Care at the Center for Disability Services. She has enjoyed the village and all that it has to offer, including the BARC programs. All three sons were enrolled in BARC soccer for many years. Ethan also, was employed by BARC as soccer referee. The BARC program was and continues to be an affordable, supportive, and structured program that enabled her sons to learn the game of soccer, as well as hone in on their skills. With this program, they were given the confidence to continue to play soccer at the freshman, JV, and Varsity level at BSPA. Her two older sons, are now both off to college, but you may see her on the sidelines at sporting events or school programs for her youngest.
Sue joined the BARC Board in December of 2022 is extremely happy to be able to give back to this program and the community that gave so much to her family. She hopes to give the support and guidance in the continued success of all that BARC has to offer.
